Bellow is a record of how much miles I’ve walk in each month. I have walked 588 miles in 2008 and I want to walk more this year. Actually, it’s a combination of walking and jogging but for the record, I will consider just walking only. This is a summary of how far I am in my losing weight journey. I started at 185 pounds in June 2008 and now I am 134 pounds. From November 15, 2008 to present, I didn’t gain or lose for some reason; I didn’t focus with my diet.
